Honestly its a great subclass either way you go. Also your blessing of the trickster specifically doesnt work for you implying youre better at blessing others to be stealthy. Scale mail is 14 + dex, while leather is only 11 + dex. The tricksters blessing and the double form have been fairly useful especially with creative use of other illusion or deception magic from other party members.
